No. Notebook text stays in this browser, without accounts, cloud sync, microphone or location permissions. Import reads a JSON file locally. Export creates a file you control. Notes are not scientific submissions.

Can browser storage lose my notebook?

Yes. Clearing site data, private browsing or storage eviction can erase it. Export JSON backups. Storage errors, unreadable data and changes from other tabs have recovery notices. Offline reopening is not guaranteed by this release.

Does deleting the notebook remove exported files?

No. Delete controls affect this browser’s saved notebook and verify removal. Exported backup files and the current unsaved draft are separate. You must manage those files yourself.
